Centreville, MD. — Compass Hospice proudly announces the return of our signature re-sale fashion event, our Compass Fashion Show! Join us this year on September 17th at 11 am at the beautiful Kent Island Resort as we celebrate our 30th anniversary of combining fashion and compassion. It promises to be a day filled with style, entertainment, and community impact.
Proceeds from the Fashion Show directly support Compass’ hospice, supportive care, and grief support programs across our tri-county community. These funds help ensure that compassionate hospice care is available to everyone, with no one ever turned away because of an inability to pay. Proceeds from this event also sustain free community grief support services, which are available to anyone in our community experiencing loss, regardless of whether their loved one received hospice care through Compass. Together, these programs provide comfort, dignity, and support to individuals and families when they need it most.
This year's Fashion Show promises to be our biggest celebration yet, offering an unforgettable afternoon of style, community, and purpose. Guests will enjoy exclusive shopping at our signature resale boutique, featuring curated fashion finds, followed by a high-energy runway showcasing looks sourced entirely from Compass Closet. Back by popular demand, we have local celebrities modeling your favorite looks on the runway. Models include Biana Arentz, Dr. Michael Carlson, Bryanna Schafer Dean, Justin Ferguson “Fergie”, Mel Glacken, Tracye Landon, Whitney Willis, Roz Laskin, Leann Rhodes-Ickes, Kelly Miller, Tracey Snyder and Kim Zwobot.
Tickets are selling quickly and are available for advance purchase only. Community members are encouraged to reserve their seats soon to be part of this inspiring event.
