The Treasury Management Client Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for Customers and Relationship Managers/ Branch Managers for new and existing Treasury Management relationships. They will support inquires for new products by meeting with customers to uncover needs and make product recommendations. They will be responsible for maintaining the continuity of the client relationships throughout the life cycle of the business partnership. This role works closely with the Relationship Managers, Branch Managers and Operations to keep them apprised and provide primary client relationship, direction and customer service support for corporate and commercial deposit clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with Relationship Managers and Branch Managers to establish identified deposit opportunities.
- Provide a high level of client service for all products and services, to include fielding client questions and acting as the subject matter expert for Treasury Management products.
- Act as a liaison among internal departments and vendors in supporting Treasury Management customers by aiding them with products and services.
- Respond to a wide variety of complex banking questions and provide guidance with account implementation, fund transfers and stop payment requests.
- Respond to a wide range of deposit and Treasury Management client questions and resolve issues timely and effectively by applying knowledge of products, services, applications, policies and procedures.
- Act as an expert with in-depth knowledge of multiple system platforms to deliver access and service to all clients such as Business Internet Banking, Bill Pay, ACH transactions, Wire Transfers, Mobile Banking, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay and other advanced services supported in the department.
- Provide onboarding of new customers, implementation of customer products and services, and troubleshooting to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Evaluate and monitor services to ensure alignment with evolving customer needs, as well as bank products; make recommendations for changes.
- Perform annual review of customer portfolios to ensure compliance.
- Adheres to Bank policies and procedures required by federal and state statutes, laws and regulatory rules.

- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education and Experience):
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred. High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 5 years Treasury Management products experience strongly preferred. 2 years minimum required.
- Strong knowledge of both front-end and back-end business online banking.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, responsiveness and ability to problem solve.
- Ability to successfully navigate internal and external business relationships at all levels.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Mobility sufficient to perform activities required of position, including travel to branch locations
- Manual dexterity for the functional operation of office equipment, such as computers, calculators, etc.
- Ability to actively engage in necessary communications with internal and external customers

Compensation:
- The Salary range is $46,800 - $78,000
- The posted pay range for this position reflects a good faith estimate.
- Actual compensation offered may vary based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, internal equity, tenure, performance and location.
