Marine Service Technician
Outboard Service, Repower & New Boat Rigging
We're looking for a skilled and motivated Key Team Member to lead our growing team as a Senior Service Tech. If you have experience working on outboard engines, enjoy troubleshooting problems, and take pride in building boats that are ready for adventure, we'd love to meet you.
This position focuses on outboard rigging, repower and service. Every day brings something different, from diagnosing performance issues to rigging a brand-new boats and seeing it leave the shop ready for its owner.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose, service, and repair outboard engines
- Perform complete outboard repower installations
- Rig new boats for delivery
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and fuel system issues
- Conduct pre-delivery inspections and on water testing
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years’ Experience as a marine technician
- Knowledge of outboard engines and marine systems
- Experience with boat rigging and marine installations
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to trailer, launch and operate boats
