Exciting News: ACE Mentor Program Expanding to Queen Anne's County!

We are thrilled to announce the upcoming expansion of the ACE Mentor Program of Maryland Eastern Shore to Queen Anne's County, with a planned launch in Fall 2026. In collaboration with Queen Anne’s County Public Schools, we are currently determining which high school will participate in the inaugural program year.

The ACE Mentor Program of America, founded in 1994, is a free after-school initiative that connects high school students with local professionals in the architecture, construction, and engineering industries. Its mission is to inspire and prepare students for careers in the skilled trades, design, and construction sectors.

Through hands-on team projects and guidance from industry mentors, students gain critical team-building, leadership, and communication skills. The program empowers them to make informed decisions about their futures and explore career opportunities across multiple disciplines.

We are currently seeking students, mentors, and donors to help bring this exciting program to life in Queen Anne’s County.

There are many ways to get involved and make a lasting impact:

  • Become a mentor
  • Support the program with a donation
  • Help spread the word
