Saturday December 3, 2022. This year the tree will remain lit until the end of January. The holiday- themed event will take place around the tree from 2 p.m.-6 p.m. The tree lighting event begins at 6:00 p.m. with the lighting at 6:30. The event will conclude at 7:00 p.m.

Description
A community tree lighting ceremony, will be hosted by the Queen Anne’s County Watermen’s Association with local businesses and community organizations.
The trees are made from painted crab baskets, and will remain in place through the last week in January.
The trees will be located on the Grasonville side of the Kent Narrows waterway at Fisherman’s Crab Deck.
A festive vendor fair will be held that afternoon prior to the event.
