Celebrate Independence Day and Maryland’s 250th with a full day of festivities on the Courthouse Green in Centreville. The day begins with the 10th anniversary reading of the Declaration of Independence and continues with local history exhibits along Lawyers Row, music by the Chesapeake Bay Community Band, food trucks, a beer garden, children’s games, civic and historical organizations, a pageant of founders, special food, and surprises. Co-hosted by historian Mary Margaret Revell Goodwin and the Queen Anne’s County Historical Society.
