About Us

Islands East Financial Solutions provides financial services to small businesses that lack the resources to employe a full-time financial team or CFO. Our services focus on Strategy, Business Processes, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Management/Operations Review. The Strategy suite of processes include leading the creation and review of your business plan, strategy development, and directing the goal setting process. The Business Processes Review includes review of bookkeeping, payroll, and financial statement processes. The FP&A Services include ongoing analysis of financial statements, development and reporting of Key Performance Indicators, leading the budgeting the process, developing forecast models and processes, cash flow projections, and variance analysis. Our Management & Operations Review services include a review of all aspects of the company's operations and processes, identifying efficiencies, review the management team and business structure and holding management decisions accountable to the strategic plan.
