Mike Faust is a lifelong resident of Queen Anne's County and lives in Sudlersville, Maryland. He has served in the volunteer fire service for more than 39 years and remains committed to serving both his community and local businesses.
Mike is the founder of Compass Affinity Partners, LLC, and its affiliated brands, AFR Benefits and America's First Responders. Through these organizations, he helps businesses, associations, and nonprofits access affordable benefit solutions, including telehealth, prescription savings, life insurance, and other programs designed to support employees, members, and their families.
He enjoys connecting with business owners and community leaders, sharing practical solutions, and helping organizations improve recruitment, retention, and employee well-being. Mike welcomes opportunities to build relationships and educate others throughout Queen Anne's County and beyond.
